Sully’s CFP: Six Pack of Winners; Week Nine

Stanford -3.5 @ Oregon State:  Stanford is comming off a big win against UCLA and their loss to Utah is meaningless if they win out in the North Division. OSU has won 6 in a row, since dropping their opener to Eastern Washington. Mike Riley’s Team has played well, but against the physical nature of the Cardinal, they are in over their heads this week! Sully’s CFP says: take the Cardinal and give the Beavers the points!

Texas @ TCU O/U 51.5:  TCU has covered the under several times this year, they run the ball & the clock and have held their opponents to 20 or less in 5 of their of their 7 games! That coupled with their issues at QB, translates to an inability to score… the Frogs have scored under 28 in 5 of theis seven games. Sully’s CFP says: take the under and stop for coffee on the way to the bank!

 Baylor @ Kansas: Baylor is a scoring machine, 69 or more in 5 of their 6 games, while a 2 & 4 Kansas, gave up 56 to Texas Tech, a poor man’s version of the Bears offensive pace. That said, Kansas can score … 19 against Oklahoma last week! Sully’s CFP says: take the over @ 66.5 and enjoy the fire works! 

ND -20  @ Air Force: Tommy Rees, the Irish QB, will play this week, he was injured in the SC game and the Domers offense went south without his services. With Rees playing, the Irish offense should roll up the points against a hapless Falcon defense. AF enters the game with 1-6 record and have surrendered 42 or more points in 4 of their seven games. They compound their defensive problems by having scored 20 or less in 4 of their 7 contests. Sully’s CFP says: take ND and give AF the points!

FAU @ Auburn: The Tigers are comming off a huge win over Texas A&M and feature one of the best running attacks in the country. The Owls come into the game with a 2-5 mark and clearly are facing the most talented team they have played this year. While Florida Atlantic will not be able to contain Auburn’s powerful running attack, they can score …. 35 & 37 in two of their games this year. Sully’s CFP says: take the over at 50 … Auburn may cover that by themselves!

Penn State @ Ohio State: The over in this game is 56.5, PSU has not scored less than 23 points in any game this year and just put a 44 spot on Michigan. Meanwhile, OSU has not scored less than 34 in any of their 7 games this year & 40 or more in five of the battles. You do the math!! Sully’s CFP says: take the over & plan your next vacation!

SUlly’s CFP is currently 24-24
