Sully’s CFP: Six Pack of Winners; Week Eight

Wisconsin -10 @ Illinois:  The Illini are 97th in rush defense, giving up just under 200 YPG, while the Badgers are 5th in the country in rushing offense, averaging 298 YPG. Wisconsin Offense will run all over the Illinois defense! Further, Jared Abbrederis is now in for Saturday’s Game, which adds to the Illini woes, as the Badgers playaction is, with Abbrederis playing, greatly enhanced!  Sully’s CFP Says: take the Badgers and give the Fighting Illini the 10!

USC @ ND -2.5: One common opponent in Arizona State, SC lost, 62-41 @ Sun Devil Stadium, while the Irish beat ASU, 37-34 @ Cowboy Stadium! Sully’s CFP says take the Irish @ home and give the Beach Boys the 2.5!

Florida -3 @ Missouri: This game would have a completely different feel if James Franklin (Missouri’s QB) was playing … he is not … out for season … shoulder! The Tigers simply are not 6-0 without his services, especially given a top level SEC defense, like the one they will face on Saturday, @ home vs Florida! Sully’s CFP says take the Gators and give the Tigers the points!

Iowa @ Ohio State -16:  Iowa comes into this game @ 4-2 and on the heals of a disappointing performance defensively against Michigan State, a 26-14 loss at home. OSU is undefeated @ 6-0  & coming off a bye week and consecutive wins over Wisconsin, 31-24 @ home & Northwestern, 40-30 in Evanston. Sully’s CFP says: Take the Bucks @ Home and give the Hawks the points!

TCU @ Oklahoma State Over/ Under 52.5: TCU has held themselves and their opponents to the under the last two times we have had them in the “Six Pack of Winners” … absolutely sure of that, …  as we advised are readers to take the Over. Not this time! Sully’s CFP Says: Take the under @ 52.5 and stop for Ice Cream or a Beer on the way to the Bank!

Iowa State @ Baylor-30.5:  Baylor enters the game with, a somewhat surprising, 5-0 mark and a ton of points being scored in their wins (69, 70,70, & 72) these points were scored respectively against: Wofford, Buffalo, ULM, & West Virginia. Last week they played against Kansas State, in Little Manhattan and were “held” to 35 … a 35-25 win. Iowa State lost to Texas, 31-30 & Texas Tech, Like Baylor an up tempo team, 42-35 @ Tech’s  Jones AT&T Stadium. Sully’s CFP Says: 30.5 is too many, we think … way to many … Take ISU, the points, & plan your next vacation!
